Leaving Barwon

Had the best intro to the trip we could have hoped for. Everything set up and triple checked by Jacko and Bill. We left Jacko's front lawn in a reasonable state, crocs worn with pride. Hit the road and off to Port Fairy. A stop at a weighbridge later to find out that for the first time in my life I had a weight problem. Not quite sure how to solve that yet.
Got to the Catalina caravan park, Sara reversed the van in without a worry. Neighbours are Ron and Margaret (coming to this patch of dirt on the highway for 15 years), and some Frenchies in a Winnebago. Kids swimming in the cloudy waters of the park's pool now, we'll hit the beach later to kill the bacteria.

  1. Great you're on the road at last - are the mutton birds flying at Port Fairy?
